Mr Zaeem Aung received his basic education in the Maldives. He migrated to Singapore in 1994 where he obtained a diploma at the Association of Accounting Technicians. He completed the higher diploma in Business Administration at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside, United Kingdom.

He has 9 years of experience working as an accountant in the engineering and construction industries, and the logistics and freight forwarding services before setting up his own company, A.I. Deux International in 2001. A.I. Deux is a procurement specialist that has served the hotel industry with creative solutions and value added services since 2001.

Mr Zaeem Aung joined Univel Group in 2010, and brought A.I. Deux’s portfolio to Univel in order to share expertise, resources and clientele. Today, he serves as a board director at Univel Corporation and is the Head of Operations. He is also a director of Univel Hospitality and a partner at Berthold & Kotthoff in Myanmar.
